I think too much and it’s a mistake
Anxious people tend to overthink

Anxious people tend to overthink life.
This is my case, I think and think and think and think again.
I’ve been like this since I was little.
When I am anxious about a situation, my mind cannot be calm without brooding over the matter at hand. Sometimes I try to find ways to solve my problem in a way that does not cause me pain or suffering.
I liked not thinking so much, sometimes I liked having an on/off button so I could turn it off whenever I wanted to be calmer.
It’s hard to let go when anxiety takes over!
I know I’m not the only person with this kind of problem.
Meditation and writing here on Medium usually help a lot, however, it is very difficult.
Don’t forget to stop thinking and I’ll do the same!
