I See You

I see you crying yourself to sleep I see your tear soaked pillow I see you. I hear you screaming for help without making a noise I see you screaming into the void I see you. I see the marks on your wrist you hide from the world the cut you formed on your thighs I see you and the blood no one saw drip off your skin. I see you and your nightmares You never told anyone about I see your hiked breath and frozen body struggling to get out of bed. I see you and I hear your voice calling for help. The same voice you can't get to leave your throat. I hear your muffled sobs I see your desire to be lost but more to be found. I see you. I see you and hear your story the one you write in your secret diary while tears flow off your face. I see you and the life you wish to have. I see you. I see your struggle to smile along with others I see you waiting to go home I see your fear and confusion when you can't find where it is. I see you searching for peace in pain I see you crying for support believing no one will ever know. I see you. I see your sadness, your loneliness. I see the isolating wall you build to protect yourself and I hear you trying to break it but wanting to stay behind longer. I see you. I hear the voices in your head Who says you will never be okay I see you believing you will never be happy and I see you still trying to be. I see you struggling to sleep struggling to wake up I see those pills in your hand and I hear you calling for someone to stop you to hug your every broken piece together. I see you moving away from the crowd and I see you wishing for someone to see you go. I see you wanting to disappear and be seen. I see you and I hear you and I will until you find somewhere to belong. Somewhere you no longer wish this dream to end.
