I Never Thought Exercising Would Help Me Stay Inspired
“Exercise is king. Nutrition is queen. Put them together and you’ve got a kingdom.
Hello, my lovely readers! I am committing to doing a 12-week Home Workout program (1.0) by Heather Robertson (HR), observing my Body, Emotions, and Mind, and writing about life lessons learned. Today is Day 3 of Week 5.
In case you missed my (Our-Thank you for reading and becoming a part of my journey) “Life Lessons Learning” from the 12-week Home Workout program (1.0) by Heather Robertson (HR), so far…Here you go!
You can read my Life lessons learned and Takeaway from Week 1 to Week 4 and Day 1 of Week 5 in the article titled “Valuing Your Mundane Chores Inspires You”
Life Lessons and Takeaway from Week 5
Day 1 Valuing Your Mundane Chores Inspires You
Day 2 Home Workout or Walk Outside or Both?Today’s Memory Jogger
Today we did Legs plus Biceps Strength workout
Goblet Squat, Inside outside curl, Lunge with Biceps curl, Side lunges Squat, and Biceps curl, Frog jumps, Double Pulse Squat hop, Preacher curls, Prone kick
I was quite confident about recalling the names and in fact, I realized that today’s format and sequence were very similar to one of the days of last week’s exercises. That means my memory muscle has evolved FROM Stressing anxiously with the narrative I should remember the names correctly
TO Creating an Acronym for exercises that triggered pain and intense emotions like the Stability Ball Exercise PC ( Prone Kick) or a funny one like ATW( Around the World) TO the Desire to watch the Exercise moves and internalize the names TO Actively Connecting the names and the moves that appeared in the past week, looking for and tallying with the name I recalled now when that exercise appeared.
Personally, I am in awe of the results that commitment to this 12-week workout Program is bringing. My wish for you is to stay inspired and create your own Personal Record of achievement in any domain such as Exercising, Writing, or Painting.
During Exercising you too may consider strengthening your “Singing” or “Dancing” muscles just as I am consciously putting effort into strengthening my “Memory and Writing muscles, with keeping the 12-Week Heather Robertson’s Home Work Out program as a backbone or main purpose. Did you get the idea?
It is deeply gratifying to read comments from readers who are inspired to do this kind of Home Workout program and also inspire me to keep going. I hope to continue inspiring you and keep myself inspired, learn and share more benefits with you.
