I Made a Zillion Dollars on Medium Last Month

And You Can Too!

My own suspicion is that the folks who are really raking in serious $$ here don’t write about it. They’re too polite to rub our noses in it, or too busy churning out content to bother, or they’re way too busy lugging around big sacks of money.

You probably won’t be shocked to learn that I actually don’t make a zillion dollars a month on Medium.

But I do make $400.

And what, you ask, are my magic methods for earning this sum?

Here they are, for what they’re worth.

I Post Something New Every Other Day

Unless I’m on vacation.

Or I really don’t feel like it.

Of course, sometimes that something new is actually something old:

I Make Each Post as Good as I Can Before I Hit Publish.

I Promote My Work On Facebook

I post everything I write on Facebook. I also belong to five fabulous Facebook groups for Medium writers where daily threads are provided on which writers can post links to current work.
