I get sleepy earlier than usual
Does it just happen to me that I start getting sleepy before bedtime?

I don’t know if it’s just me or if I’m starting to feel the weight of age, but sleep starts coming in much earlier before bedtime.
Have you noticed this with you guys or is it just me?
In the old days, I could go to bed at 3 am without being tired and sleep for just two hours to wake up at 5 am fresh as lettuce! Nowadays I don’t even think I would do such a thing.
I come home after I work and it seems that sleep is a contagious thing and it starts to take hold of me right away!
I find myself on the couch after dinner sleeping before it’s even bedtime! I kind of feel like an old lady with these acute sleep symptoms!
The longer I try to stay awake the worse it seems!
I know it’s not just me with this problem, I remember seeing my dad when he was younger who spent most of the night awake watching TV or doing other kinds of things and sleeping only 3 hours before getting up and going to work. Nowadays, when he has dinner and sits on the couch watching a series, he falls to the side and lets me sleep until the middle of the night when he wakes up and goes to bed.
Age doesn’t forgive, doesn’t it? When we are younger, nothing seems to affect us, but when we start to enter a certain phase of our life, we start to see things and feel things that we didn’t before we felt.
