Am I the Only One Who Drinks Coffee At Night?

This little addiction of mine is my special moment of the night

Every night I have a very special habit, which many think is complete madness. I love drinking a hot cup of coffee before going to bed. It’s not milk, it’s not tea, it’s a great cup of coffee! And I love it!

Since my adolescence, before going to bed, I always drank a mug of milk with coffee, however, as I grew up, I noticed that coffee did not keep me awake, even if I drink it before going to bed.

I know that there are many people who, after a certain time in the afternoon, can no longer drink coffee, because it affects their sleep at night. Fortunately for me, no father-in-law of this evil! already my parents cannot say the same thing, if they drink coffee after 5pm, they won’t sleep at night.

So around 8 PM I always make a cup of coffee and go to my couch to drink and sip my coffee while I’m watching TV or reading a good book.

I always light a candle to make the environment more relaxed After a day at work it’s always a very pleasant thing to do!
