I Believe I Can Fly
The fluffy life of Pushok — part III
Pushok dreams of skydiving one day.
Like any reasonable person, you would think he would be scared; but that’s not Pushok. He shows no fear; he’s an explorer and a sensation junkie.
(His favorite sensation comes with napping.) (His second favorite sensation comes with eating snacks.)
And should the landing be rough, Pushok’s fluffy enough to cushion the fall, no matter the height. No worries, that’s only the contingency plan. He’s a pro and follows a strict daily routine to become the next Felix Baumgartner.
(Pushok particularly likes Baumgartner’s first name. Go figure.)
The day starts with skydiving’s most crucial part: the landings.
Pushok hops on the bed and jumps from one corner to the other while carefully selecting the best landing areas.
Skydiving landings are controlled arrivals. During the training session, immediate feedback helps Pushok improve. If the target moves or groans right after landing, it’s an excellent result.
Pushok knows from experience he can do better.
Hitting the bull’s eye means the target gets up and serves breakfast to the champion. And believe me when I say that Pushok’s motivation is world-class. Success (and breakfast) is the only acceptable outcome for him.
Regular instances of freefall training follow during the day as Pushok jumps off his chair/sofa/bed and heads towards the kitchen for additional snacks.
He’s so fast I wasn’t able to capture his prowess on camera so far.
