  • Om = I = Source or God unmanifested Tat = That = “I am That” Sat = Universal, Eternal, and Infinite Om Tat Sat is the mantra given by Krishna to Arjuna in chapter 17 of the Bhagavad Gita, which, if said before any thought or action, will help to move one to a higher level of spiritual consciousness.
