I Am In The Phase Of Knowing Myself Better

I have changed a lot in these past six months

Six months ago, I was an emotional wreck.

I felt as if I was at my lowest, with big life changes looming large before me.

Self-discovery is liberating, it is exhilarating.

This was an honest piece, that came straight from my heart. It is one of my favorites so far —

I felt so overwhelmed to receive all the love and support from my Medium family ❤

Here is a glimpse from the comments section —

In your “unbecoming process” a few things really stuck out for me and made me want to give you a standing ovation and not just 50 claps. Those two phrases were “readiness to unbecome” and “feeling the moment.”

Carmellita

What an amazing story you got here Drashti.

I indeed agree, that being vulnerable, accepting changes, and opening ourselves up to know that we couldn’t be our past self, detaching from “identity” (in other words, unbecoming) is one of the best ways to be a better self.

Michael Andrean

My gratitude to all who took the time to read and drop a response.

I invite you to read and share your thoughts :)
