I Am Feasting On Kaurageously Yours
A Book Review
#WriterFriendsChallenge

I am currently reading Kaurageously Yours by Gurpreet Dhaliwal, and you got to read these poems. She pulls words of encouragement and motivation for her readers from the pain, cruelty, joy, and sorrows she has experienced in all areas of her life. And she is enough. Lol
She enlightens, educates, and holds nothing back in her poems.
Something is in her power of words for everyone as she touches every area leaving nothing out.
Kaurageously Yours is so sssooo good. I am savoring every poem like a spoonful of honey in the orange peel tea I drink daily. These are a few poems that my heart clings to.
I Am Enough
I am me And that’s enough Not for you Not for the world But to myself I am enough.
We often allow people in our lives to make us feel as if we aren’t enough. When you accommodate such feelings, you are giving them power over you. I am enough, and so are you!
Bitter And Better:
Justice has prevailed, Though, with delay. Rapists were hanged,
Females are victimized daily all over our world. Justice for Nirbhaya is Justice for all victims of rape. Thanks to Gurpreet for keeping her memory alive. Females, know your world!
Paper Boats
Brings back memories. Happy ones. Gurpreet shares:
The paper boats taught me a lot, I learned to take highs with lows,
Isn’t her words valid? I, too, made paper boats as a child and raced them. I learned a lot when the current swept my boat away and when my boat didn’t win the race. Life lessons are so simple sometimes, yet so clear.
Scream
I look at things and wonder at times What the hell I have done with my life Why cannot I look ahead with courage?
This poem pulled sadness from my heart. All of us wonder about our lives. Yes, hopelessness is everywhere. I have a survival intention. #Iintend2survive no matter what life kicks my way. So can you!
Phoenix
The Phoenix had its own Survival Intention.
I have risen from the ashes, and so can you.
All of us are a Phoenix, as long as we don’t give up!
The Little Girl In Me
The little girl in me, Telling me things, My heart already knows,
Isn’t this beautiful? The child in us tells us things our hearts already know. I hope you are listening because this poet is!
Love Is What I Cannot Take Away From You.
I was thanking the creator of the universe.
Our creator is love, and he created us and earth with love. A beautiful thought Gurpreet, because he did.
Message In A Bottle
It is one of Gurpreet’s delightful inspirational poems.
Keep walking, Keep nurturing, Keep loving, Keep living.
Isn’t this just bbbeeeaaauuutttiiifffuuulll!
Hello! My Bastard Friend! Depression
Clutching me in your hands Deceiving my trust Ending my positive thoughts.
This uninvited visitor is Depression. It forces its way in, but life has taught many of us to deal with uninvited guests. Gurpreet is also showing you too.
Being a victim of PMS, this piece is funny.
PMS said, ‘I will return.’ Next month and make you pay
And men wonder why we are so mad sometimes. Females have learned to live with pain. I don’t think the other sex can handle pain the way we have. Lol.
I am still feasting on her power of words while improving my mood daily. The link is below. Order yours now!
