During a Mudditor — MuddyUm editor — meeting Carol Lennox said her son would like a remote control to mute her. All potential Mudditors go through a rigorous qualification process. We must have senses of humor capable of appreciating self-deprecation, satire, irony, sarcasm, butt jokes, and more.
Carol readily laughed at her son’s wish to mute her and shared it with the group — and then she wrote about. This led to Amy Sea admitting she’d like to have a remote control to mute multiple people in her life, at least temporarily. How is Amy, a comedy genius and prolific writer, expected to think with all the background noise? She suggested a writing prompt.
