How Your Dreams Guide You in Becoming an Organised Person

If you used to be organised, then some will feel as nightmares!

When something is going wrong, and you’re not putting enough effort in fixing, the inefficiency creeps in all parts of the day. If your schedule is disturbed, then it will ruin your whole day. I used to wake up at 5 AM one day. Nowadays I go to bed at that time.

In real life, I gather so much courage and determination to start something but end up doing nothing. That’s right, I am living the college life all over again, which wasn’t great either.

Nowadays, I even dream about how my life will be if I keep postponing the recovery phase and here is how it looks.

Remembering the past version

I don’t know if nostalgia is the right word here, but I do miss my old schedule. Right now, I wake up anytime, eat anytime and sleep anytime. Though the new system gives a different kind of freedom, it lacks one value: discipline.

I was more disciplined in the old routine. It was challenging every day, but that’s why I had quality sleep. If you show up every day will full determination, you’ll be satisfied with your day and have a good night sleep.

Seeing the effect of laziness in dreams

This one is crazy. How can laziness be that contagious, I’ll never know. I am not that lazy in real life. I am not putting my health at risk. I follow proper sanitation, stay indoors most and stay active too.

Maybe I’m showing laziness in dreams because I am not active enough in real life. I am waiting for a few more days to get annoying. Then I’ll reorganise. I am just enjoying the current phase while I still can!

Trying to become better in dreams

Everyone has this kind of dream. Here you see the ideal version of yourself. These dreams show our perfect future. We have this mental image when tailoring our needs and demands to get where we are.

Once I missed a day of writing on Medium, I had a dream that my blogging stopped utterly. That one just woke me up, and I immediately wrote an article. I aim to stick on this platform. Whatever the warnings signs are, I’ll take them seriously.

Final words

Before going to sleep, if you’re not satisfied with the day, then you’ll have worrying thoughts. Those thoughts will also continue in dreams. This one is a typical kind of idea many people see.

When repeated dreams occur, you know what they are trying to tell you. In my sleep, I am failing at mundane tasks because it is happening in real life too.

I am a bit disorganised, and I want to enjoy this phase before it gets annoying. Now I have recurring dreams about it. I am planning to do something about it.

If you also have repeated dreams about something you’re trying to avoid, you can do two things, and both are hard. Either stop thinking about it or take action to fix it.

This blog belongs to a series of posts I am publishing on a daily streak. Today is day 128. The first two targets were day 21 and 100. The next aim is day 150. Here is the first blog that started the streak.

Thank you for reading! See you tomorrow!
