A mantra is a word or phrase to adjust your thinking in a particular moment.
When you are struggling with a decision or your thoughts are adrift, lean on your mantra to help you gain perspective.
Take ownership.
Begin your mantra with “I” or “My”. Mantras are a personal affirmation, so give them and yourself the power they deserve by taking ownership of the statement.

Keep it simple and short so that you can easily remember it and call on it when you need to.
