How To Take Back Residual Energies You Have Given To Others Unconsciously
Angel Commands is the new spirituality — Activate yours
We are energy beings walking around each other, but not noticing how much energy we are sharing or taking from each other. What I mean is that every time you smile at someone during the day, argue with a spouse, think of someone else or send a negative thought toward someone that pisses you off, there is an exchange of energy happening.
That exchange can be negative or positive in nature; it all depends on the interaction. Sometimes, you take from someone else unconsciously, or that person takes from you. The mechanism behind the subtraction or addition of energy can be noticed through the emotion you have during the interaction.
Well, yesterday, as I was working on understanding more of my Angel commands. You hear me, angel command. With spirituality comes a rise in vibration through the lesson that you learn about yourself. The more you rise, the more you can know yourself better.
If you are familiar with Christianity, it is said that you are born with at least three angels guarding you. Well, that is true, and those angels are around you at all times. It is also one of the reasons why many of you in the spiritual community are seeing angel number 11:11 or 222 on clocks and all-around signs and license plates. Those numbers indicate that you have divine assistance available and that you have reached a level of spiritual vibration that allows you to perceive those numbers as a sign of guidance.
The more you rise up spiritually, the more you will hear those angels whisper to you or lead you toward ideal situations that allow you to keep rising in spiritual energy and have better life experiences. I have discovered that our physical body responds to Angel’s Commands at the level I am.
They are just like affirmations that your subconscious body responds to it. For example, if someone tries to poke you with a sharp object or attempts to burn you without conscious action, your subconscious body will react to it to protect you. Likewise, if any danger is happening around you, your subconscious body takes over and attempts to shield you. Well, those Angel’s Commands respond to your subconscious body the same way.
To get back to my lesson, for the past couple of months, I have been experimenting with different angel commands that, in the future, I will share with the world. But today, I am sharing one that is very valuable to many spiritual people.
Life energy, Chi, Ki, Ru, or Bodily Electric Current are the different names used throughout different cultures and history to define the life force that keeps the human heart beating and getting our body to move. That life force leaves and comes to our body as we interact physically, mentally, or emotionally with other people.
Over time, you can be functioning with pretty much 40% of your total life force energy at any given time because you shared it with other people without even knowing it. The new angel command I found is an affirmation that takes back all of the residual energy you share with all the people you had an emotional, mental, or physical exchange of energy.
Every night before going to bed, you have the ability to call all of that energy back to you. By simply saying those words:
Angel Command, bring back all the external energy I have given to others back to me.
Before going to bed, I automatically activated a spiritual download when I said it. Usually, a spiritual download comes at night during dreams, vision, or meditation. But let me tell you that as you rise up spiritually, you get the ability to choose at will the type of download you desire to help you in your day-to-day life. Those downloads are yours to use if you know how to use or call them.
A spiritual download can be activated by different places or objects your subconscious body recognizes when you are in proximity, see with your eyes, hear through a song or nose, or touch with your physical hands. But like I said, when you know what you need, you can ask for it directly from the angels assisting you or do it yourself.
Another thing I ask my spiritual team to specify is who can use those angel commands or not and at which level of spiritual energy they can be used. That was a good, empowering question to ask because the answer really surprised me.
You have to be vibrating at about 700 Hz in spiritual frequency to be able to activate angel commands. 700 is the level of enlightenment based on the diagram below.
On many social media posts related to spirituality and healing, I hear people talking about protecting your energy or guarding their energy against energy vampires or people taking energy from you. But what I realize today is that many of those suggested techniques or protection do not really work because you can give or take energy consciously through physical interaction, but on many occasions, that exchange of energy is done unconsciously simply by smiling at someone (positive), thinking about someone negatively (negative) or by even remembering about a person (positively or negatively). You are taking and giving energy all day long for years in so many ways. The funny part is that anger or resentment toward someone who hurt you ten years ago is still the energy that you have lost to them. So please, heal your pain and trauma, or you are not doing yourself a favor. Plus, you could be using that energy today to make your life better.
Many people are going through their spiritual journey, but they really don’t know where it leads them in terms of their evolutionary life journey. So let me tell you that there is a simple answer to that question. Just reach your highest version possible today, or the Soul, and he or she will guide you in life. Plus, we are all connected through the Universe or what is generally called the Source, which is the combined universal energy of everything that exists. The universal energies will have all the answers pertaining to your existence today.

Can you imagine the spiritual gifts you have yet to discover for yourself?
