Like every college student, I´ve always had a lot of trouble getting my work done. Studying for an exam, working on a paper, doing homework… I have always procrastinated in anything related to my studies.

Probably if you are reading this, you yourself are also procrastinating right now. But don´t worry, it’s normal, that’s why I’m going to explain you the science of why we procrastinate.

Why Do We Procrastinate?

Procrastination, unlike what many people think, it is not laziness. It is a behavior caused mainly by 2 reasons:
