How to Start a Fantastic Day

Bzzzz bzzz — the wake up alarm rings. You snooze it for 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes, then another… STOP! If you’re hoping to start a fantastic day in this manner, I’m afraid it’s not going to happen.
In order to start a fantastic day, you should:
- Stop snoozing the alarm
This will exhaust you because each time we want to “give us a few more minutes,” we start a new sleep cycle that should last 90 to 110 minutes. The next alarm will wake you up during your sleep cycle rather than at the end, making it more difficult for your brain to wake up.
2. Open the window and take a deep breath of fresh air
3. Perform simple stretches
4. Sip a delicious cup of coffee or tea
5. Be thankful for being alive!
