Nature provides us with many resources for living a healthy and long life, but it is up to us to choose whether or not to use them.

In this story, I’ll tell you about a mixture made of three extremely cheap ingredients that will benefit your health in a variety of ways.

Here are a few ways in which this mixture can help you improve your health:

· This mixture aids digestion by increasing stomach acid production and bile secretion. They facilitate the breakdown of food materials and absorption of nutrients.

· An ingredient is a good source of vitamin C, which helps to reduce skin wrinkling and other sun-related skin damage. Furthermore, one of these ingredients has an oil-cutting effect that may help remove excess oil from the skin.

· According to a study published in Jurnal Sains Kesihatan Malaysia, two of the ingredients help reduce glycemia in non-diabetic females.

· Furthermore, it is a remedy that significantly increases immunity and is beneficial in preventing throat infections and nasal congestion. G. O. Adeshina et al. highlighted these facts in their study published in Annual Research & Review in Biology. This mixture “showed higher antibacterial activity,” according to their research.

Going to reveal, I’m talking about lemons, honey, and water (whether from the tap or bottled).

Every morning, I make a mixture with these three inexpensive ingredients. 10 ounces of water, 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon), and a teaspoon of natural honey are required.

You can make it as follows:

To begin, warm the water just enough so that you don’t burn yourself when you drink it. Then, pour the warm water over the lemon juice, followed by a teaspoon of natural honey.

It is essential not to overheat the water because high temperatures destroy the enzymes in the honey. It’s also suggested that you shouldn’t make the mixture with cold water because it will cause you to gain weight, but scientific studies haven’t proven this.

This mixture is consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.

I’ve been drinking honey lemon water almost every morning since December 2020. It became a regular part of my morning routine. My digestion has improved, I have more energy, and my skin looks smoother. I’ve never had serious acne problems, so I can’t say how well it combats them.

On the other hand I can confirm that this mixture increases my immunity and helps me avoid severe colds, as I had severe nasal congestion and colds almost all year before 2020. I haven’t gotten a cold since then, and I’m not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I haven’t contacted Covid-19 either, even though the new variants are more contagious.

But it had by far the greatest impact on my weight loss. One of the key factors that helped me lose 40 pounds was the honey water lemon.

The scientists agree that this combination has an impact on weight loss. According to a scientific article published on Science Direct — Elsevier, Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, by Prashanth Shetty et al., lemon honey juice helps significantly in weight loss and obesity prevention.

“Our study showed significant reduction in weight, body mass index (BMI), fat mass (FM), free FM (FFM), and total serum triglycerides (TSTGs) Our results suggest that LHJF may be useful for reduction of body weight, BMI, FM, FFM, and TSTG in healthy individuals, which might be useful for the prevention of obesity and hypertriglyceridemia.”
