Has the world gone mad? Many will believe that it has and that doom is around the corner. For some, they will be close to giving up while others will be getting angrier and acting out more to get what they think they want.
Everyone on the planet will be going through consciousness changes to varying degrees. Some will have very intense reactions and massive imbalances, while those who have done inner work and embody spirituality will get through by being aware of the need for neutrality and staying on their own paths. But the imbalance is temporary and all will get through it.
The energy alerts from many around the globe say that May 2022 will speed past, with a huge amount of information that comes up on our radars.
This is frequency that is streaming through the Cosmos and into you. But you have “coats” or jackets on that you use to try to shield you from the stream. However, the coats or security blankets have to go. There will be no need for false identities, but a world where everyone can be themselves, who they truly are!
Be aware to adapt to fast changing thoughts and beliefs to ride the “currents.” Take time for yourself and use self-reflection and enhance your spirituality to get through.
Spirituality is about being more dimensional — going into depth or dimensionality.
You need to be you, know who you are, and leave room to grow.

To break the bonds of trauma — question yourself -
Ask:
Where am I not being PRESENT IN MY LIFE?
Where I am in a trauma bond, if I am?
Where am I not being myself?”
The current timeline is pressurizing these areas worldwide, in order to eliminate them !!
The new energies will sometimes feel blissful or happy if you’re able to integrate them well.
Notice within yourself when you’re resisting anything because it means you are trying to control something. There is no need to control any thing, but just to be in the moment.
The energy is causing a faster spin of electrons within the atoms in your body — causing tiredness / overwhelm / confusion and some clear beautiful moments.
The parts experienced through trauma which haven’t been neutralised — will trigger overlays which have to be eliminated.
Choose to be in the present and have no thought or to be calm or neutral. You have the ability to choose your emotional state or perception. Don’t judge yourself! Take steps not to feel overwhelmed.
Some strategies that may help you are to appreciate what you’ve got, don’t get caught up in dramas, stop watching or reading the news, make new friends by joining interest groups online or offline. Connect more to who you already know, while giving yourself the rest and time that you need.
You need a perspective shift — by getting present and facing the energies of what has happened. For example, if you believe “I don’t matter in the grand scheme of things, I’m not important to myself”, you perceive that the world doesn’t see you as important.
How some people respond is not who they truly are — it may be due to their overlays in a temporary timeline.
Zoom out and see yourself as a branch of the whole tree that is all of Earth. It’s time to look outward while looking after yourself first and foremost.
This process will lead to empowerment of your true self ‘on the other side’ — and we all have our own ways of getting through it.
Patterns and beliefs and behaviours will have to be recognised or seen and let go off !!
When looking at solutions, ask yourself:
Is this good for my frequency?
Is this good for my body?
To help others, just be there as an example. Give them extra love and light if you can, but your job is not to “fix them”. They have to help themselves. A smile will go a long way.
Don’t get involved or wrapped up in that which is outside of you, i.e. another person’s “stuff” or trauma, beliefs, reactions, etc.
Non-interference is necessary during this timeline, of May.
Be in your own world, allow others to be in theirs, and trust the passage.
For some, you can create fun times for yourself, be light-hearted, to help you get through. There is no struggle if you forge a true connection to yourself by showing up as authentic as you can be in every moment.
After we get through this time period, true authenticity or the genuine nature of each other will be activated, you can literally show up and BE SAFE.
We have been collectively living in an inverted world and we are now putting ourselves the right way up. This is the greatest time in the world. Everything is supporting you now, whether you feel that or not.
