Men Can Have Multiple Orgasms
There is a way to do this and the results are terrific.

Babe, today I am going to walk you through 3 steps on how to experience multiple orgasms for men. There is a way to do this which most of my male clients have experimented with too great success. As with anything, it takes a lot of practice, but the results are terrific.
For most men, orgasm happens at the same time as ejaculation and they are never able to separate them. First, let’s look at the basics of male climax:
- Orgasm is the peak of sexual arousal when all the muscles that were tightened during the arousal relax. Your brain then feels euphoric.
- Ejaculation, on the contrary, is just a muscle spasm that ejects semen out of your penis.
So, orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things. Most men are so used to those happening together that they have combined them and think they are one and the same.
You start at point zero where nothing is happening. Then, you get to when you are aroused and really excited. Finally, you have an orgasm and an ejaculation at the same time, and it’s over. You go to bed with your partner, or you clean yourself up, or you just go on with the rest of your day. This is your limited experience with sex. You have a genital orgasm, and that’s it.
Orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things.
However, there is another type of orgasm which is a totally different experience. It is a whole-body orgasm, something you can experience when you learn to differentiate ejaculation from orgasm.
I want you to experience multiple orgasms.
First, the important thing to understand is this: ejaculation is a result of many rapid contractions — not just one — and that a contraction is a muscular function that can be trained.
In this article, I am going to teach you 3 steps to control these muscles and experience, with time and practice, multiple orgasms. Here are three things I’ve found that work for my male clients:
Step #1: Breathing
Practice expanding your body through deep, full breathing, and hold it when you feel you’re close to reaching orgasm.
This alone will naturally limit how much you can contract.
To practice belly breathing, sit on a chair with your back straight. Relax your shoulders, and place your hands on your stomach. Inhale deeply through your nose, and feel your stomach expand. Your chest should not move. Each breath should last for at least three seconds.
Get in the habit of doing this type of breathing daily. You can do it at work, while crossing the street, and especially when you find yourself stressed.
The goal is for belly breathing to become your normal style of breathing.
Step # 2: Hold It
Now, learn to hold it in when you’re just about to cum.
Recognize when you are about to cum. You must stop immediately just before you feel the orgasm rush. Let the sensitivity and feeling subside for about 20–30 seconds, and make sure there is zero stimulation during this time because it can take just the slightest movement or touch to catapult you across the point of no return.
Practice getting as close as possible to the point of no return without actually reaching it. Engage in a lot of masturbatory practice in which you get to the brink of orgasm, but then prevent ejaculation from occurring, such as by squeezing the penis.
Once you’ve become good at this, you go on to the next stage, which is:
Step #3: Muscular Control
Essentially, you tighten and contract your pelvic muscles, the ones that make you pee and that tighten your butthole, to the point where you can stop the seminal flow.
You need to do this statically, and hold this single contraction during your orgasm so that you don’t create the many contractions leading to ejaculation.
You basically lock your muscles. The result is a dry orgasm without release, which feels almost as good as when you do release! Gradually, with practice, you will be able to achieve this.
When you reach this point, again give it about 20–30 seconds, then slowly cycle between steps 2 and 3, minding your breathing. Eventually, you will reach a point where you just can’t hold back anymore, usually because by this time you’re too tired to keep going.
When you finally release after all those dry orgasms, it’s an explosion that will rock you down to the very core of your spine- it’s that intense!

At first, you can practice these 3 steps alone while masturbating, and then with a partner. It takes about 2 years of practicing 3–5 times a week before you reach a level of complete control.
After getting good at this, you can go for 3 and a half hours straight with almost constant and uninterrupted penetration before you collapse and let loose.
It takes about 2 years of practicing 3–5 times a week before you reach a level of complete control.
So, now you’ve learned how to experience multiple orgasms! It’s probably different from what you were thinking. In answer to some questions you’re probably asking yourself at this point:
- No, you are not going to have 5 ejaculations with your partner, one after the other, because the refractory period is real. After you have an ejaculation, you’ll typically lose your erection and your arousal will go down. Consequently, you will not be able to have multiple ejaculatory orgasms.
- At first, the orgasms won’t feel quite as strong as ejaculatory orgasms.
Ultimately, you will be able to build up sexual energy while experiencing full-body orgasms. Once you integrate this sexual energy into your body in a healthy way, you will experience all kinds of amazing benefits in your life and in your relationships. This experience is called sexual energy transmutation, and it will fuel your whole body with feel-good energy for the day.
