How to get away from everyday problems

I am a very anxious person but there are things that make me think of something else

Anxiety is already a constant in mind for several reasons.

After a few episodes of depression, I often think that I have to avoid going back to the same state at all costs, it’s horrible and I have to abstract myself from the problems so that I don’t go back to the state it was in.

My episodes of depression were without a doubt the worst episodes of my entire life.

With that, I made a short list of things that personally help me to abstract from the life problems that involve me and get around these bad feelings a bit.

Tarot card reading

  • For those who believe in the prediction of cards, doing a reading leaves me calm and in control. As if I know the outcome of situations or what’s ahead.

  • This may sound to cliché, but I often use YouTube to see my favorite YouTubers (videos like daily routines, nature, and seasons are always my favorites)

To be in my country house in the middle of the forest

  • My country house is in the middle of the forest and is my sanctuary! Here I feel relaxed, and connected with Nature, something I love!
