Celery juice and its benefits
This juice has immense health benefits

Some time ago I started making homemade juices at home instead of buying them at the store. Every time I’m on the internet and find something healthy I try to make it at home, this time it was celery juice or green juice as is also known.
I have never tried it, but after having researched its benefits, I am convinced that I will try it, without a doubt.
Benefits:
- Anti-inflammatory
- Full of Antioxidants
- Alkalizes your body
- Kill virus and bacteria
- Helps the heart
- Nourish the nervous system
- Strength the bones
- Heals the digestive tract
- Helps with the skin
In fact, this green juice is very easy to prepare.
Is required:
- 1 apple
- Celery (I put 1 stalk cut into pieces)
- Ginger (optional)
Blend everything and then you have to strain to just get the water out and not get lumps. Personally, I hate lumps!
I’m going to buy the ingredients I’m missing tomorrow and I’m going to make them for my dinner!
I believe that at first you won’t like it very much, but if it’s good, I’ll try to make a sacrifice!
