How To get a Better Jawline
These things will make you more attractive
A striking jawline is considered very attractive. Personally, I have also been told by some women that they like my Jawline. So I can report from my own experience that a prominent, sharp jawline is very attractive. By the way, this is also true for women. Some of us are naturally blessed with a stunning facial bone structure and others are rather less. But I have good news. I myself have had a good experience with 4 methods that you too can use to get your face in better shape.
1. Reducing Body Fat
This is probably the least sexy method. However, it hardly works without it. If you are overweight, of course, you can see it on your face. It is probably rather round and shows your bone parts rather less. But also in this respect, I can help you. These 2 articles will give you useful tips for losing weight.
2. Mewing
Mewing is a method named after Dr. Mike Mew, who made it famous. It aims to improve the structure of the face and jawline through the unconscious tongue position. The tongue should be kept completely on the palate. The goal of mewing is to eventually maintain this position automatically and unconsciously. This improves not only the jawline but also the way you swallow and your overall posture.
3. Chewing Gum
This is my favorite method. I love chewing gum.
When you keep in mind that you’re doing something good for your appearance, it’s twice as fun. Chewing gum strengthens your chewing muscles and tightens your cheeks, which makes your jawline more prominent. I recommend putting several pieces of gum in your mouth at once so you have a decent resistance to work against. It’s supposed to be a workout, after all.
4. Specific Jaw Exercises
There are numerous exercises to train your Jawline. These may look extremely stupid, but they actually help. To describe all the exercises here would go beyond the scope of this article. If you do a search, you will certainly find what you are looking for.
But I do have a tip: if you are serious and want quick results, you can integrate this tool into your training.
