How to Follow Your Magical Thought Trail
You will be amazed at the results

Dare to dream! If you did not have the capability to make your wildest wishes come true, your mind would not have the capacity to conjure such ideas in the first place. There is no limitation on what you can potentially achieve, except for the limitation you choose to impose on your own imagination. What you believe to be possible will always come to pass — to the extent that you deem it possible. It really is as simple as that. ― Anthon St. Maarten
Thoughts about fun things have been popping into my head lately. I used to dismiss them, forgot them, and down into the abyss of my brain, they would live. Now, I let them dance around in my present moment, playing with the thoughts and delighting in their existence. It is such a fun way to live. It is like creating a new story for myself each and every day. On my 100-day journey exploring the inner workings of abundance, I am delighted by each idea that comes to me.
Just yesterday, I came across a comment about hot chocolate bombs. I wondered what they were. Immediately I looked them up and added them to my Miracle List. Later on, in my free time, I saw that someone on Etsy made them. They had Harry Potter themed flavors! Now I am having fun being in the middle of deciding whether to make them or purchase them. Either one sounds fun. I am allowing myself to live in this place of unfoldment, knowing that whatever I choose, it will bring abundance. I just have to follow the trail of magical thoughts and see where they will lead me.

Ways to Follow Your Magical Thought Trail:
1. Activate your imagination first thing in the morning:
I keep my Miracle List on my Pinterest App. on my phone. Every morning while I do a gentle 20-minute walk on the elliptical machines, I look through the photos on my list. Sometimes, I even add photos or videos of ideas that have been floating around in my head lately. It is fun to follow your thought trail and see where it leads you. Do not limit yourself. Allow yourself to make a note of anything that interests you. This morning I was thinking about visiting Versailles and the beautiful gardens there. I found some beautiful photos. Then, I investigated the food available there and found they have lunches in a cafe on the grounds. This activity, while walking, activated my imagination, and held me in a place of wonder, first thing in the morning.
2. Keep a running list:
Do you ever have an idea worth investigating come to you while you are working? This can be frustrating because you know you do not want to go down an internet rabbit hole and lose your concentration on your work. This is where a list can be helpful. You can keep a notebook next to your workstation or keep a notes app. on your phone or computer. That way, when a really magical thought pops into your head, you simply write it down quickly and get on with your work. That way, you honor that idea, but don’t let it stop you from completing your masterpiece at the moment.
3. Follow your trail as a fun detective:
While you investigate the thoughts that come to you, you will have a lot of fun discovering everything about them. Do not put any limitations on your research. Once you have your daily practices and work done, set aside some time to go down your magical trail.
One such trail I have investigated recently is the thought of buying an abandoned country home in Japan. My husband is half Japanese, and last year we took a lovely trip as a family to Japan. My husband and I loved our time in the country Ryokan, so we dreamed of one day living in a place like that. Earlier this year, he found an article about a couple who bought an old country home in rural Japan and fixed it up. I was fascinated.
Just yesterday morning, I allowed myself to follow that trail even more. I found a great video on YouTube all about it! I do not know where this will lead. I do not need to know the details. All I know is those ideas are not random. They were put there by my inner being, who wants me to take a look.
My prayer and my intention for you today is that you allow yourself to go down the trail of your dreams. Whatever sounds fun to you today is a clue. Your inner-being wants you to live in pure joy. The thoughts of interest that you follow are the magical stardust on your trail. See where they lead you today.
Day #44: How can you follow the clues that your inner being is leaving on your magical trail?
