How To Find Peace In Your Heart
You are loved without condition

The message I received this morning from my inner being was this: You do not have to do anything to be loved.
As I walked outside in the cool morning air, I contemplated life, thoughts, and circumstances. My spirit bubbled to the surface.
We all seek love.
Sometimes we may feel love all around us, and at other times it is only a whisper in the wind.
We can choose to let our hearts fall apart, or we can decide on love. It is the moment to choose ourselves.
Lately, my heart feels hurt by a circumstance, a permeating silence. I seek to heal my heart and feel the love all around me.
For a while now, my mom has not answered my messages. Perhaps she feels a kind of pain that I do not understand. I know there is love there, a whisper of light and hope.
I confess that I sometimes feel confused, disconnected, and lost. But, I am never without faith.
I know my purpose is to help others. That is why I am learning these lessons right now.
I will continue to reach out like a branch seeking the sun. However, first I must love myself.
I want to share with you three ways to find peace in your heart right now.
Know You Are Loved:
Just by being here right now, you are love. We often seek love outside of ourselves, from others. However, it is always with us, from our center, our inner being, our source, or God.
Imagine there is a place inside you filled with sparkling, radiant hearts.
That is the place where love lives.
Form an image in your mind of the infinite love inside you and all around you, shining bright. I can see it as a love tornado, circling us with immense power and hope.
What image can you form of the love inside you?
Find Peace In The Now:
If I feel despair over a current circumstance, I often remind myself I am safe and loved at that moment. It has a calming effect on me like nothing else.
Sometimes you need to speak to yourself like a small, sweet child.
Tell yourself that you are loved, safe, and in good hands in the present moment. It brings you security and peace.
It may seem like a small act. However, it heals the soul.
How can you remind yourself you are loved now?
Speak With Your Inner Being:
Every morning, I have a little conversation with my inner being. It happens when I go for a walk outside.
Nature is where you are closest to your spirit.
The early morning hours are the best time to connect with your inner being. Your mind and heart do not have problems, thoughts, and lists at this hour. The world is quiet and at peace.
It is the time to connect and speak with your inner being.
Listen closely, and you will discover an inner world. It is like another version of yourself that is always there to support you.
I always hear the best advice from my inner being when I touch the leaves of plants. They have natural healing energy.
In silence, you will receive the message you need.
