How to End Pain and Suffering and Find Power and Strength
The depth of your pain is an indication of the power available

Be Mindful of The Stories
You'd think that being strong means never feeling pain, but the strongest people are the ones who feel pain and rise above it.
Pain is inevitable and so life will always be filled with it, but suffering is an emotional reaction to an attachment. Suffering is nothing but amplified pain. It’s pain that has been stirred up.
When you worry, you suffer. When you stress, you suffer.
It is worrying and stressing that causes suffering. The rumination sends you spiraling downhill before you can even catch yourself. Worry, stress, and rumination amplify whatever pain you are feeling.
Pain can be there without suffering and that's a pain that has been accepted. To end the pain, you must accept and make peace with it and work on healing it.
Suffering will become your default state of being if you don’t accept your pain and then you’re naturally drawn to that state no matter what other good things you got going on.
You become addicted to the pain.
No matter the hurt that has been caused to you or the things you’ve caused, you have to be mindful of the stories you're telling yourself about your pain and the cause. If you keep telling yourself defeating stories, you believe them. Then you live your life according to that story, whether truth or lies.
Whatever you're constantly telling yourself, you become.
You have to stop telling yourself false and outdated stories from past versions of you that are keeping you stuck in the past and start creating a new life. You can start writing a new story from the wisdom you’ll mine from your wounds.
Creating is how to activate the power that lies innate within you.
You get to write a new story.
You can wake up and decide you don't want to feel that way anymore and create a new way of feeling. You can speak with someone who truly understands your pain and can help you make peace with it so you can accept it.
You can find your willpower and use it to create of life of freedom into existence.
You can choose to stop reacting to everything that stirs up your pain and start responding to them from an intentional and conscious place.
A reaction is out of a strong emotional feeling. A response is out of a conscious decision. For example, the decision that you're just not going to feel that way anymore.
Quit on your suffering, mine wisdom from your wounds as you heal, and decide you’re moving forward.
You’re one good story away from feeling good again.
Detach From The Thoughts
Wherever there’s an attachment, there’s suffering. To end your suffering, you have to understand that thoughts can be liars. They’re illusions. They're made up and sometime are not even yours. Thought can be planted into your mind by the spiritual forces of evil.
You have to guard the door of your mind.
Become observant of the thoughts that enter your mind. Investigate where they might have come from.
Always remember that thoughts aren’t real things until they manifest and they will if you keep thinking them.
You must capture every single defeating thought and teach them to obey you. You must capture every negative thought and remove them from your mind before they infect the rest of your mind.
To end your pain and suffering, you have to learn to separate yourself from your thoughts. Just because you think a thought doesn’t mean it’s true.
You can think a thought without becoming attached.
You can think a thought and not judge it as good or bad. If you think a thought and judge it as bad, you go down a spiral of suffering. Then you get stuck in a negative loop.
It’s so much easier to save yourself before you spiral downhill. The moment you let yourself go down, it’s hard to catch and pull yourself back.
Look at your thoughts like passing clouds in the sky and observe them as they come and go.
Change The Perspective
To transcend pain, you must change the story and the perspective from which you tell the story.
You must change the way you look at things. When you change the way you’re looking at your situation, it changes.
Also, nothing is as it seems.
Pain and suffering serve a very important purpose in your spiritual growth and soul evolution.
Without pain, there would be no suffering, but without suffering, you would not learn the most important life lessons.
Life’s greatest lessons are learned through pain.
There’s no gain without pain. Sometimes you must get hurt in order to find the truth. You must fall down in order to rise up. Other times you have to lose everything to gain something much more aligned with who you are and the work you’re here to do.
Pain is empowering.
You don't know how strong you truly are until you've won silent battles all on your own. Strength does not come from an easy life. It comes out of fighting. You may be caught in the storm, but one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you will be transformed.
The depth of your pain is an indication of the power available for you to use to transform pain into purpose. And the degree of your suffering is a measure of strength you will find when you get through it.
