Build a website</h1><p id="d025">This takes me up to a few hours to do. The more of these small microwebsites you build, the faster you’ll get. The build is about getting a domain, web hosting, adding WordPress and applying a theme.</p><h1 id="270e">2. Grow a website</h1><p id="a031">Growing your site involves adding webpages and content. It can also include generating traffic and monetizing the site but, these 2 things aren’t necessarily needed in this process. I’ve flipped tons of no-income, no-traffic websites without generating traffic or monetization.</p><h1 id="a9c1">3. Flip a website</h1><p id="1f4e">Sell the site when you’re ready. Do this 1 week when you’re done with the build, 1 month later, 1 year later, whenever you want.</p><p id="98a6">That’s how it works!</p><p id="9669">I’ll be honest. It can feel kind of boring creating and selling these simple starter sites but, there’s some real money in this. Specifically, flipping microwebsites.

These are tiny, starter sites that are easy to build and grow, and consistently have an audience of buyers that want to snap up these sites.

These sites go for $100 to $500 each. You can create 5–10 a week on your own time, when you want, and make up to $2,500/month or more.

5 websites/week X $150/sale = 750/week

10 websites/week X $150/sale = $1,500/week
