How to Destroy a Black Man in 30 Seconds or Less
It’s easy! All you have to do is listen to rap music.

I want you to think about any hip-hop song where they talk about killing a Black person. “I shot that nigga till his ass was gone, now his baby mama and son left all alone.” “Put that nigga in the dirt, now his ass on a shirt.” You know, just, like, shoot a Black man, right? They talk about that because there’s a consistent conversation in the music about killing Black men. Just like the Ku Klux Klan and who knows, maybe the Klan did it with country music.
Now here’s my question I want to ask real quick: Instead of saying that wanted to go out and kill a nigga, what if I said Ima go kill a Jewish person. Think about it. What do you think would happen if a rapper made a song where he said that he wanted to go out and shoot a Jew; or an Asian person; or a Transvestite or something. What would happen if a rapper put something like that in a song and it gets played on streaming networks like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music or the radio? What would happen? Now, why am I asking these questions? Because it is beyond baffling, and yet not baffling, to me how it is okay to promote genocide to Black people on a mass scale but at the same time you have all these people screaming “Black Lives Matter!” It doesn’t, and at the same time it does, makes sense to me that we have white-owned record labels such as Epic Records, Sony, Atlantic, and Universal promote music about killing Black people, and yet those same record companies would never allow you to rap about killing people from another group because if a rapper ever decides to do something “so horrific” as rap about killing a Jew or shooting a gay person, then you better believe that rapper would be blackballed by the industry. The message is written on the wall and it is very legible: you can talk about destroying the Black community all day long, but you better not say anything destructive about any other group.
The hypocrisy in society today can have you shaking your head for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can’t tell me that Black Lives Matter, but at the same time get behind the microphone in the studio and rap about murdering 10,000 Black people in a week. Even the consumers and this includes me as well because I would lie if I told you that I don’t listen to this type of music. I’ve grown up listening to this type of toxic music ever since I was a 5-year-old boy. I don’t listen to this type of music as much now as I did back then. I’m more into positive, uplifting, motivating type music when it comes to rap music. For example, my favorite rap artist right now is Larry June. If you listen to his music, the consistent content in his music is financial literacy, staying healthy, positive vibes, being a great father, and staying away from negative people. I got put on to him by one of my closest friends about 2 years ago and I’ve been a fan ever since because not only was he a positive rapper, but he was very talented and enjoyable to listen to. That’s important because they have plenty of rappers out there that is on that same lane, but they just lack the talent and the execution to get people to vibe to it. Your music still has to sound good at the end of the day.
So to all the rappers out there, I challenge you to stick to this rule: If you wouldn’t say something negative about Jewish people, women, LGBT people, or Asian people, don’t say negative about Black people. Be a true artist. An artist has a range of expressions, emotions, and experiences. It’s not always about destroying your people. Better yet, it shouldn’t be about that at all, because if it wasn’t for the cultural influences of Black people, you wouldn’t be where you are today. Let’s all do better.
