How To Communicate With Your Spirit Guides
Every human can communicate with their Spirit Guides.
Until recently, I hadn’t realized that most humans do not communicate with their Spirit Team. It was shocking and quite concerning because there are enormous benefits. Every human has at least one Spirit Guide. Their primary focus is to help us navigate our life experiences. We chose or were assigned a Spirit Team before we incarnated to Earth. Think of a Spirit Guide as a guardian angel, always guiding, watching, and there to assist you when needed.
There is much to say on this topic, but today, I want to outline a few ways you can begin communication with your guides.
Step 1 | Discover
The first suggestion is to discover your dominant spiritual gift. In my case, it is clairaudience (or clear hearing). I’ve had this ability since early childhood, but it has developed over many lifetimes. With this, I can clearly hear my Spirit Guides speaking to me. You might be clairvoyance (seeing images), clairsentience (recognizing feelings), or claircognizance (knowing). Some humans have precognition (or foreknowledge), which enables them to be aware of something before it happens. Others can receive messages through dreams or visions. You may possess all these spiritual gifts.
Step 2 | Develop
Once you’ve figured out your psychic ability, you must develop it. You can sharpen your gifts through training. As they say, practice makes perfect. The best way to train is by asking your team questions and being open to a response. Meditation, connecting with nature, and trusting your instincts are also essential. If you don’t trust yourself (or the messages you’re receiving), it will be challenging to receive messages from your team in the future. If you struggle to trust yourself, you will need additional healing.
Step 3 | Utilize
Now that you have developed your gift, you can utilize it. There is a disclosure here. You must never use your gifts to harm, manipulate, or intentionally mislead others. The communication or spiritual knowledge you receive should assist you on your journey or benefit the collective. When receiving information from your team, ask how and when you should present it. Discernment, empathy, and intuition are vital when interpreting and accepting clear communication from the spiritual realms. Always remain grounded, appreciative, and open so you can continue receiving messages from your team.
Although most humans are unaware (I believe), everyone has some form of spiritual gift. Starseeds are advanced beings who incarnate with many psychic gifts, but because of the veil of forgetfulness, they must be reactivated and developed. Unfortunately, most humans can not tap into these gifts because they are in denial, and their egos will not allow them to explore these phenomena. Thank you for reading. Love, Ari.
