How to Become the Answer to Your Dreams
Abundance is inside you

The answer is dreams. Dreaming on and on. Entering the world of dreams and never coming out. Living in dreams for the rest of time. ― Haruki Murakami
As I felt the sunshine on my face yesterday, it was as if the whole world had opened up to me. It was the first dry, sunny day in a long time. The bright light cascading down on me felt like a dream.
I reveled in being able to take a leisurely walk through the back garden, noticing every new shoot springing up from the ground. On my 100-day journey exploring abundance, I learned yesterday that we all have the answers to our dreams and our problems right inside of us.
A few days before, I had been very low on energy. My body felt weak and tired. I got very still and listened. From there, I knew I had to fortify myself with more iron-rich foods.
I discovered the combination of natural peanut butter and raisins. It is so delicious and helped me get my natural energy back. Stopping and listening to my body was the answer.
Problems and issues on a personal level and a global level are the same. They all exist because they have solutions. The answers are all inside of us if we stop to listen.
Issues that we have in our day to day lives are messages. They call us to slow down, pay attention and listen. They often keep calling to us in a louder voice until we pay them to heed.
I believe that we all have the seeds of creation within us.
Our dreams are so close we can reach out and touch them. We only have to get quiet enough to hear them calling to us.
I want to share with you three ways in which we can all become the answer to our dreams:
Listen to Your Body:
When we have low energy, pain, or other symptoms, our body is talking to us. Take a moment to sit quietly. Notice how you feel.
Pay close attention to the emotions you are feeling.
Any unprocessed feelings may show up in your body as a physical problem.
You need to rest and reset yourself. Our bodies let us know when it is time to stop. My bout of low energy was a signal to notice my nutrition and rest more.
When we take time to rejuvenate ourselves, our bodies will come back stronger.
Make Time to Dream:
Lately, my son has been teaching me about lucid dreaming. He learned about it from some YouTube videos.
We have both been practicing to be able to have a lucid dream. It is a powerful practice of focus.
It is fun to work on this project together and compare the stories of our dreams in the morning. I encourage you to learn about it and give it a try!
Not only is dreaming a powerful tool to practice while sleeping, but you can also dream during the day.
I love to do garden walks. For me, that is my dreaming time during the daylight hours. As I walk around, my desires gain momentum. I can give time and focus to what I want.
Do More of What Feels Best:
The more time I spend doing things I love, the more ideas I receive. I used to spend too much time on activities I thought I ought to be doing. That did not feel good.
Little did I know that my inner being was leading me down a different path.
By following the trail of what feels right to me, I have discovered some new dreams.
Right after breakfast, I spend three to four hours writing and editing. That is another time for me to dream. As I type, I am creating. That is what feels best to me.
When I did what did not feel best, I felt scattered, tired, and overwhelmed. Paying more attention to my feelings and inner guidance has served me well.
I invite you to do this as well. What feels best to you? Follow that!
My prayer and my intention for you is to dream more. Stop and listen to the signals your body and inner being are sending you. You are the answer to yourself and the world. We need your unique dreams and answers. You are a beautiful soul!
