How to Be the Sexiest Version of Yourself
Sexiness is about personal traits — enhance yours and conquer your sexiest self.
Let me start by saying that my intent with this article isn’t to advise women to empower their sexiness with the purpose of seduction.
My goal is for you to be aware of your personal traits and to enhance them, becoming the sexiest version of yourself, for yourself.
What you’ll do with your empowerment is up to you.
From my experience, we use our sexiness on distinct occasions, either in seduction, in a self-pleasuring moment; alone in a pub to feed our self-esteem; in the supermarket just because…
Our sexiness is ours alone; we do with it whatever we are in the mood.
Beauty is a subjective concept. It varies between cultures, and from individual to individual. What one considers beautiful, the other doesn’t. My best friend finds the typical British man very attractive (blond with blue eyes), while for me it’s men with dark eyes and hair that make my head turn.
There’s no definition or quantification for what makes a person beautiful. The same thing goes for sexiness.
Independently of your body shape, your weight, the colour of your eyes or hair; of your skin tone, face format, size of your boobs or ass — you are sexy. Every woman is. You just have to unveil it, to enhance some of your traits.
In her individuality, every woman has something that makes her desirable, and sensual.
It can be something obvious, visible to all: you look at her, and you feel it in your guts. Or it’s something discreet — you have to look again to find what it is (she will unfold it progressively, on her own terms.) Or, she will only reveal it privately, in an intimate space.
In her own way, each woman is sexy. And she should own it, proudly.
But what makes a woman sexy? Well, that’s not a simple answer to give. When I asked my friends, they had to think about it. But they could name a few traits that, for them, make a woman sexy. I also collected some data from research and I used my own opinion (obviously).
These are the answers I have for the question:
What makes a woman sexy?
The traits are not supposed to be “all or nothing”; meaning that you might only have one of them, and that is enough for you to be a badass sexy woman. You might have several or all. It’s not a competition, it’s about feeling good in yourself and improve and experiment whenever you wish.
Self-confidence and awareness
For me, this is a transformative personal trait, one that produces incredible sexy women.
A woman that knows her worth and carries it proudly is a fucking sexy woman.
It’s important to distinguish a woman carrying her self-confidence from one carrying her cockiness: the first is sexy, the latter is shallow and non-attractive.
Self-confident women are also positively self-aware. They have a forceful presence — even when they are in silence. They are secure in their manners, and they have inner strength. They present their arguments and pursue their goals with determination and strength.
If you aren’t a self-confident woman, that won’t make you less than a sexier one: keep reading, there are other personality traits you can enhance to empower your sexiness.
Posture
This trait is related to the previous one. Self-confident women usually carry a strong, purposeful posture; they walk with their head held high, and they look straight into your eyes.
A woman with a firm posture will create magnetism; wherever she goes, she will draw eyes to her; it’s impossible not to notice her. If you walk side by side with this woman, you will absorb her energy; your body will mirror hers.
Positive self-esteem
You should love yourself as you are: both your personality and your body. Of course, we all have a part of us we would like to change; there is nothing wrong with that. The bits you can change positively and healthily do it! The other bits? Learn to love them.
Positive self-esteem irradiates from you — people around you will feel it. Self-acceptance is very, very sexy. It means you feel good in your skin, that you feel sexy — and that is perceptible to others.
Sense of humour
A sexy woman has a good sense of humour. She doesn’t fear showing her smile, to laugh with jokes and to tease others with her humour.
She’s not uptight; she has no fear or shame in externalising her fun and humour.
Ambition
Being ambitious means you have a purpose, a drive. Also means you will move forward, you will fight for what you want and make your way through it, no matter what. This applies to your professional and personal life.
Ambition shows strength and determination, and that is sexy!
Passionate
Being passionate about something always puts extraordinary energy when you talk about it, or when you’re with the object of your passion.
Women who have hobbies, who are passionate about their job, music, books, and life in general, will have endless topics of conversation and will talk about each one with intensity, confidence and passion — that is undeniably sexy.
Class
Being a classy woman has nothing to do with wearing expensive or famous brands of clothing, makeup, or driving a Porsche.
A classy woman will be one that carries herself with dignity and a level of respect that she knows she deserves (and accepts no less than that from others.)
Intelligence
A woman that is able to maintain a conversation is sexy af. It doesn’t have to be an in-depth talk about politics or economy, it can be about any meaningful topic.
Superficial conversations can be a good ice-breaker, but in a proper conversation, superficiality is a mood killer.
A woman that has a reasoned opinion, that defends wisely her perspectives (with no stubbornness and with humbleness) is a woman intellectually challenging, that voices her power — it’s a sexy woman!
Independence
Being an independent woman is also perceived as being very sexy.
A self-sufficient woman, one that is unapologetically herself and that has nothing to prove to no one, is amazingly hot.
An independent woman needs no one to complete her: she is already complete. She will allow others to be in her life, to share it. She will make it clear she doesn’t need them; she wants them.
This attitude breathes out from her posture, from the way she talks and relates with others, and that is sexiness in its pure form.
In conclusion:
Sexiness can be related to physical appearance, but it does not depend on it. A sexy woman is one that trusts her power, that carries it without shame, fears or doubts.
A sexy woman is magnetic, her energy is appealing.
Sexiness is a state of mind.
You, yourself, have sexy traits, either they are obvious or hidden below a layer. My advice is: let them come out, own your sexiness! For no one else than yourself, for your personal satisfaction, to use it as you well wish.
Validation from others is important; it feeds our ego. However, being aware of how powerful and worthy you are, to pursue what you want and not settling for less than that, is sexy af.
Don’t be dependent on external validation: feel amazing in your skin, for yourself. Own your female power.
A last word to say that sexiness is not something constant: I might feel immensely sexy today and feel like shit tomorrow.
We all have our days, and we don’t have to feel the same all the time.
It’s about what you think of yourself as a whole. Allow yourself to have an I-hate-my-mirror day, but come back to your true self. You are a woman; you are powerful. You are sexy!
