How to be attractive AF for guys (no bs guide)
These habits will make you irresistible

Remember that one dude that went viral because of his attractive mugshot?
He’s a millionaire now.
For men, being attractive AF is essential for a successful life.
Dating is no exception.
You want that 10/10 dream girl you’ve been eyeing at the gym?
Become more attractive than ~80% of your competition.
Here’s are the 5 habits that will take you there.

HABIT #1: CRUNCH TIME
You can’t expect to pull a hottie with a body if you’re completely out-of-shape.
You ever notice that dude who walks in the room and steals all the looks?
Be that dude.
Physique is a huge part of physical attraction.
Bonus — it gives you undeniable confidence.
So building an aesthetic build requires two things…
Knowledge and discipline.
Let’s focus on the knowledge.
Before I became a regular at the gym, I had no idea what I was doing.
I made no progress the first 4–5 months until I developed a framework for muscle growth.
Now I get fitter every day.
This is my actual routine:
Day 1: Biceps/Back
Day 2: Abs
Day 3: Chest/Triceps
Day 4: Abs
Day 5: Shoulder/Legs
Day 6: Abs
Repeat Day 1
I lift every other day.
On those days, I go HAM on two muscle groups.
The other days, I do a range of ab workouts.
Why?
Its maximizes active recovery.
Your major muscle groups need adequate rest to grow.
So on the “recovery days” I keep my workout to abs only.
Plus who doesn’t want a six pack of abs.
Once you get into the habit of working out, try progressive overload.
This creates resistance for your muscles so they are signaled to grow over time.
About every month or so, you’ll want to increase the weight, repetitions, or intensity of a certain lift.
You can also improve the form, and that counts towards progressive overload.
This is what I might do:
Bicep Curls — 35.0lbs on 2/1/24
Bicep Curls — 37.5lbs on 3/1/24
Bicep Curls — 40.0lbs on 4/1/24
There’s no hard rule for this.
Listen to your body and you’ll make progress over time.

HABIT #2: GOOD EATS
Regardless of your fitness goals, eat clean.
Going on a bulk doesn’t mean you should be lunching at Wendy’s on the regular.
Personally, I stick to a whole foods plant-based diet.
Why?
Blue zones across the world have shown that eating greens and minimizing meats promotes longevity.
Meaning…
You’ll age and look better.
Avoid fast food and processed foods like the devil.
You’ll thank yourself when you look 10 years younger than the competition.
Here are a list of some foods rich in nutrition:
Nuts, Greek yogurt, Leafy greens, Berries, Chia seeds, Lentils, Beans, Whole wheat bread, Avocado, Quinoa // Salmon, Eggs

HABIT #3: SKINCARE
Skincare is different for everyone. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all.
But there are some rules to help you get closer to glass skin.
Rule 1 — Sunscreen
This is an essential.
I use a SPF 30 mineral sunscreen anytime I walk out into sun rays.
Why?

This is a photo of a trucker where dude’s left side was exposed to direct sunlight over the years.
The difference is stark.
Use sunscreen, even if you have some melanin in you.
Rule 2 — Antioxidants + Minimal Dairy
I started upping my antioxidant intake and dropping my dairy consumption after reading Michael Greger’s “How Not to Age.”
In a nutshell —
Antioxidants will combat free radicals to make you age slower.
Milk contains hormones that may cause breakouts.
But I know, milk is so good.
Minimize it as much as you can.
Rule 3 — Quality Sleep
Beauty sleep is a real thing.
You can tell when someone hasn’t gotten a good night’s rest in awhile right?
They have that dead look and bags under their eyes.
Zombies are not attractive.
Get at least 7–8 hours.
Sleep is the ultimate restorative process.
Rule 4 — Cold Showers
This isn’t as broscience as it sounds.
Hot showers can dry out your skin and cause irritation.
Opt for cold/lukewarm showers instead.
Bonus rule — drink more water (outside of the shower) for hydrated skin.

HABIT #4: FRESH CUTS
I’ve seen so much before and after barber content now…
I’m convinced that it can change your whole persona.
Check out this link for some inspiration.
Dudes literally go from “can I get a hug” to Brad Pitt.
Treat yourself to a nice haircut and make sure to groom everyday.
IMO its hard to go wrong with a clean fade.
Next step —
Grow a beard.
It adds some symmetry to your face (highly attractive) and gives off a more masculine energy.

HABIT #5: THREADS
You don’t have to be rich to dress well.
Here are some tips:
- Find a fashion icon / celebrity that is similar to your physique & skin tone and take inspiration from their style
- Shop at popular clothing stores or online retailers
- Wear more fitted clothes (not baggy) to appear taller and slimmer
- Dress to attract your ideal woman (like preppy drip to attract preppy girls)
- Wear 1–2 accessories to put everything together
Follow these and you’ll be handsome squidward in no time.
