Have You Heard of the Mirror Principle? (It Can Help You Make More Money)
And it can help you live a better, more satisfying life.

Making more money starts in the mind first.
Which way do you usually think about money:
- Money is easy to get.
- I never have enough money. It’s too hard to get it.
You see, your reality is like a mirror. The thoughts you think (and, more importantly, the beliefs you have) are reflected back to you in your world.
This is called The Mirror Principle.
Therefore, if you can change your beliefs about money (or anything else you want such as good health or a relationship), that will be reflected back to you in your life.
The mirror of your reality is extremely accurate. And it’s neutral. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you’re a good person or a bad person. It just reflects back your thoughts in a neutral way.
(I recommend being a good person, but that’s just me…)
Action item:
- Go up to an actual mirror with a frown on your face.
- Try to change the frown into a smile in the mirror.
You can’t do it. You have to change YOUR frown into a smile and then the mirror reflects that back.
Do you see where this is going? In order to attract more money, you’ve got to change your mind about money first, and then the mirror of reality reflects that back to you.
This is why identity shifting is so important to become successful at anything. You have to BECOME the person you want to be internally, and that will be reflected back out externally.
How Do You Change Your Mind?
It’s simple, but it’s not always easy. You probably have beliefs that have been stuck in your mind since you were a child.
Many of us grew up hearing our parents yell about rich people and how they’re snooty and greedy. How are you supposed to become a rich person if that’s your belief about them?
You don’t want to be seen as greedy and snooty, so money never comes to you.
(In fact, I read a lot of comments on Medium talking about how terrible rich people are. These are probably the same people that complain they can’t make any money on Medium.)
You have to change those beliefs. You have to brainwash yourself into thinking a different way.
Here’s a story about how Leila Hormozi brainwashed herself to success:
The most important thing when you are changing your programming is to be patient. The mirror of reality is delayed.
If you start working on your programming, but you still see things show up that you don’t prefer and you get upset, it will cause you to go right back to square one.
Patience is your friend.
For More Information
I’m simplifying this concept for the sake of time. If you’d like more information on The Mirror Principle and changing your self-identity, I recommend watching videos from Quazi Johir on YouTube.
He dives deep into these concepts and has completely changed his self-identity to be a fit, happily married millionaire.
You can see the changes happening from his earlier videos to now.
Quazi’s teachings have helped me be confident about quitting my job.
I’m even featured in one of Quazi’s emails:

Let’s recap
Life is a mirror reflecting back to you what your thoughts are. Change your thoughts first to change your outside world. Being rich (with money, health, and happiness) starts internally and then gets reflected back out externally.
Test it for yourself and see. Start with something easy. Picture it in your mind and see how it’s reflected back to you.
I would love to hear your thoughts about this. Leave me a comment and tell me if you “see” this principle in your own life or not.
