This is one of the very first questions that strike the mind of a writer who joins the site and begins publishing a couple of stories. I have been writing for over four months. As far as I know, it is possible to make thousands of dollars if you have thousands of followers.

Writers who have less than 2000 followers manage to make $1 to $2 per day. This does not include the stories that may go viral and may get them hundreds of dollars overnight. Self-Publishing Is Also Good

I have self-published all of my stories as I didn’t want to waste time waiting for publications to respond to me. I think that it is also a good idea. This may not get you enough exposure in the beginning, but it will save your precious time and you will be able to keep the reader engaged.
