😲 How I spent $1726.68 earned from Medium Last Month
I will tell you what I did. Right away.

Let me introduce myself first.
I am a super successful rich businessman on Medium. I would say Elon Musk would earn the same here.
So I will tell you what I did with my whooping earnings of last month. Right away.
I invested all of my money into the new crypto meme coin (with 100x leverage), bought a crypto-car, a crypto-house and right now I’m on a crypto-plane (private crypto-jet) flying to El Salvador.
Some things in life are just unreplaceable — only the wife and kids are the same, I didn’t buy crypto ones. Maybe next time.

Here is what I’ve done in reality, not in a crypto world:
I bought some pizzas for my family 🍕
T̶i̶m̶e̶ ㅤ22 Euros well spent, Mr. Tony Stubblebine. And it was delicious! Happy family = happy me! ❤️
Bought myself a kebab 🌯
5 Euros, also quite well spent. To be really honest — I’m not that into pizzas like my other family members are. Won’t mention the names here. 😅
So I bought myself a kebab. It was an ordinary kebab, quite good but nothing compared to the best one I had.
The “Me vs Kebab” story will be published in 2024, and I hope at least some of you will like it! 😁

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and I decided that Martynas has to dress up like a Santa, shout “Ho, ho, ho!” and tip the best writers on Medium that he could find! 🎅
You see, since I came back to the platform, I met a lot of incredibly good and talented writers, who, in my opinion, do not get enough attention here. And I really know how demotivating it can be.
I read a lot here, searching for writing talents every day. And when I see an amazing story that has something like 20 claps in total… Damn, it just hurts. 💔
So I did it. I tipped them with a small “coffee cup” donations mostly through Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee and Paypal. Just to encourage them to write. Just to show them that someone really cares about what they are doing. Because actually one of my true secret purposes here is to motivate others to write. 🖤
If my earnings continue to grow next year I think I will be doing the “Santa” thing not only on Xmas but every month! My success is your success. So fingers crossed. 🤞
The Rest 💰
Ok, so I have to be honest with you. In reality, I didn’t receive $1726.68 at all.
Oh my f… god? I knew it! So you were lying to us all the time, Martynas? How dare you, you little scammer??? 🤬
Well, slow down, buddy! 😂
I received 1109.67 Euros because I’m living in Europe:
Uncle Sam took 30% of my earnings, Stripe converted what’s left into Euros and this is the final sum that I received.
So where will I spend the rest? I will keep it.
Keep it for upcoming and ongoing sweet.pub contests, for community growth investments, for trying various tools to improve my writing and Medium journey itself.
In other words, I am keeping the rest for 2024! 🍾
Because I truly hope that the New Year will bring me a lot of new opportunities. And I hope I will be able to “engrave Medium’s name into my arm” next year.
Ouch! Yuckie! I know that for many of you, my new challenge seemed a “bit” too much, too extreme, or simply… a simple and “cheap” marketing trick to attract attention.
But for me, it’s not like that. For me, it’s a bit deeper. I will explain my point of view in the upcoming part 2. So stay tuned, fellas!
