How Healing Your Ancestral Wounds Benefits Generations

How healing wounds doesn’t just benefit you but has vast positive consequences beyond you and your family line.

Not everyone dares to face and heal their wounds.

In fact, most of us would prefer to brush them aside or pretend that they don’t exist.

After all, who likes to deal with the shadow or dark stuff?

However, just because you choose to ignore the pain does not mean that it wouldn’t hurt at some level.

However, should you decide to heal, you are not just healing yourself.

As a woman, it’s through your womb that connects you with the previous and the next generation. You were once in your mother’s womb, and your own mother who was once in your grandmother’s womb. There is generational karma embedded deep in the psyche that you’ve inherited. Belief patterns that take away your power has been in your family for eons.

Thus, when you heal, you are healing your mother, grandmothers and forward to your daughters and sons too. You heal them of unhealthy family patterns (such as the pattern of struggle, poverty, “not good enough” etc) at the energetic level. Through healing, you are able to tap into the energy field for clearing your entire family line. (Yes…it is possible to clear inter-generational wounds when we are in the Matrix!)

Also, because you are connected to everyone else beyond your own family, you clear the wounds that run deep at the collective subconscious.

Thank You for Your Contribution

It’s not easy, I know.

You have to dedicate time and resources to work through the past suffering that you’ve embodied.

But someone in your generational line has to do it.

And even if no one in the family understands you or why you need to heal, you do it anyway.

“Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation, like a fire in the woods, taking down everything in its path until one person in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames. That person brings peace to their ancestors and spares the children that follow.” — Terry Real

I’d like to acknowledge you for your contribution.

In case you didn’t realise, for what you have done, you have helped all of humanity.

On behalf of your family line, and every human and sentient being in this world, thank you for choosing to do the sacred work.

I appreciate and honour the light in you!
