An attitude of gratitude leads to abundance, contentment, appreciation, and a more prosperous life.

The attitude of gratitude will always restore hope where there seems to be none. It balances us and helps us raise our vibration.

Why Practise Gratitude?

Practising gratitude will attract more goodness into your life. It will reframe any negative thoughts that you have.

Gratitude can be a life saviour. Gratitudes allow us to break negative cycles of harmful self-talk, and it helps us see how great our life is; the glass is always full. There is hope where there seems to be none.

How Do I Practise Gratitude?

First thing in the morning and just before going to sleep, I will write what I am grateful for; I include the tiny things in life and the bigger things. I will repeat the same thing for days, as it helps rewire the brain and the automatic thoughts we have to see the beauty in the simple things in life.

Today I am Grateful for …
