Holding Hands With Trees

A Photo Essay About Nature Connections

Like nature’s fingers, they are reaching high to the sky, trying to grasp the golden ball full of fiery energy. Memories of their time on earth, carved into their skin like wounds. Moving and singing to the melodies of the wind, full of joy. And screaming when flames are dancing around them, trying to come closer to take their souls.

Home to other beautiful creatures. Selfless and tolerant.

Sometimes they look dark, mystic, even a bit scary — trying to lure me into their labyrinth of intertwined pathways. I’m hypnotized. Captivated by their presence.

Magical.

This is a photo essay to showcase the beauty of trees and their branches. I hope you enjoy it.
