POEM: COMPANION ANGELS
Hiding in Daylight
What angels still walk among you?
Four-footed Walking Wizards listening at peak attention when silent missions whistle in the distance beyond the Range
Invisibility cloaks brush by our legs in hairy waves stoking a furry fire
Destined and designed protectors beyond their Rainbow bridge
Padded footprints heard above their daily walking paths following close, all our steps synced in time
Panting breaths sing to our solemn sighs
Conjured spells with glints of light lift us out of the mire
Floating by in wet-clouded mists that kiss your nose with soft muttered love and well wishes
Thank you for reading and giving treats of belief to those companion angels.
