Lucy (The Eggcademic) [she/her] was inspired by Gretchen Rubin’s Happier Podcast Episode 296 on intentionally creating more of these serendipitous moments where something hidden gives you that feeling of joy. In her episode she talks about a mum who plastered the inside of her closet with her kid’s artwork, to people who drop $50 in their coat pocket so they can later discover it. For me, I make sure that all my bags, purses, backpacks have candy at all times — in case of hunger, thirst, or sadness.
