FUTURE
Hey Elon, Just Donate the 6 Billion. Here’s the Plan to End Hunger
Ecosystem Restoration, Perennial Phytofarming, Biolabs, and Decentral Electronics

Sometimes the news is so funny, my imagination runs away with me and I laugh out loud. This is such a moment.
“Last week, David Beasley, the director of the UN’s World Food Programme, told CNN that it was time for the ultra-wealthy to “step up now, on a one-time basis” in order to “help 42 million people that are literally going to die if we don’t reach them.” He specifically mentioned Musk and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, the two richest men in the world.”
“On Sunday, Musk replied to a Twitter user who pointed out that $6 billion would be just 2% of his net worth. Musk said that if the WFP could describe “exactly” how the donation would solve world hunger, he would “sell Tesla stock right now and do it.”
“Beasley responded to Musk a few hours later, offering to “be on the next flight to you” and saying that the executive can “throw me out if you don’t like what you hear.”

I imagined these two important-looking men making important-looking plans full of figures and cash flows and returns on investment. Looking each other in the eye with fake honesty. All the while secretly imagining how their names would be in the history books as the saviors of the world.
White men from the USA, representing Republican America. Do you trust them?
So I laughed only shortly. Because immediately afterward, my heart is full of sadness. Their plan is probably nothing like ours and what the Permaculture’s Women Guild would come up with.
David and Elon probably never heard the proverb:
“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime” — Indigenous quote
And they would definitely not consider my version:
“Teach a woman how to kiss the ground and she’ll always be able to feed her children”
But then, living soil, water cycles, and community power have never been sexy subjects so far…
Ecosystem Restoration
So, what would be the plan? It’s kind of simple. It has just a few steps. And is all based on remembering our skills of collaboration with Mother Earth. It’s also based on remembering that industrialism made us all dependent on producers so they could become rich and leave the rest behind.
In order to keep this story shortish, here are the steps.
- Give all communities in the world a regional regenerative farming buddy. Makes buddies in the same ecological zones so they will consider things like seasons and monsoon. Just one agroecology, permaculture, biodynamic, organic, ecosystem restoration buddy per community, connected to other buddies online for help
- Support the community to make their own restoration plan for their piece of land. Restore ecosystems big time. We know how to do it in the world. In the Loess Plateau in China, an area the size of Belgium, it has been done in only 15 years. In coastal areas, help them combine mangrove restoration with ecological fish farming too.
- The people in rural communities will connect to the land, remember their ancestors and their power of creation, and they start. The women will have to be in charge more than the men though because women have the strongest longing to feed their children
- The people in the cities will all create Tiny Food Forests and regreen the cities. They will install wetlands, make the water cycles healthy again with sponge cities. And most of all, we’ll give courage and buddy support to the hungry people to be imaginative and start creating.
Everybody will start remembering their community sense. And reinvent the new community sense with freedom for all people and all species.
Perennial Phytofarming
Will we stop there? Nah, Elon, let’s get imaginative again and make sure we not only end hunger but make a quantum leap in the evolution of humanity. Remember John F. Kennedy? In 1962, he said we go to the moon this decade, inspired people although we didn’t know how to do it, and we did it.
That kind of Moonshot Mindset is yours, Elon.
We will inspire communities to have all products they need. Healthy water, healthy houses, healthy diapers, healthy hospitals.
Let me give you a few more steps about the how.
- We will create Biolabs in the hearts of all communities in the world
- The Biolabs will concentrate on Perennial Phytofarming. What’s that? Ask Robin Wall Kimmerer, Elon. She’s from your country. Read her book Braiding Sweetgrass and you’ll know. And for the scientists among us, it’s beyond phytomining. We keep the plants and trees alive and thriving in agroforests. Plants and trees are dynamic accumulators. They collect minerals and metals. We can harvest and transform them into something we humans need
- We can mine aluminum and nickel like this. Cobalt, gold, and lithium. But we can get even more creative. Nature knows exactly how to create sugars with sunlight. It’s called photosynthesis. Nature knows how to transform hard cellulose into spongy mushrooms. If mycelium can do it, why can’t we?
- 3D-printing materials and craftsmanship will be inspired by phytofarmed materials. Communities can be in charge of their own production. Open-source sharing. The Superformula will be used to save a factor of one million when the 3D designs are sent with data transfer over the internet
- Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs) might give us livelihood models for freelancers and creatives when they get through the hype stage. And Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) might give us ethical governance models of the decentralized future.
Electronics
Remember I wrote you some letters before, Elon? About how I like that part of your work that is about off-grid, tiny house thinking, and interconnected batteries made of abundantly growing materials?
Well, your electronic thinking mind is a big asset as well. With 6 billion dollars, you can shift our world from the industrial, polluting age into the electronic age. And restore the power in the heart of communities.
And let me go one step further still. Remember what Nikola Tesla said?
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration” — Nikola Tesla
Well, the resonance science teams are ready. We know how to do it. We can show you how we are all one with each other and the Planet through the water in our bodies, the rivers, and the ether.
Energy from the vacuum can be made now. You just have to talk to the right people. And make sure the ambitious men of the world don’t hijack Nikola Tesla’s technology to create wars. So, that’s why women all around the world have to get courageous. Why we have to step up and be feminine leaders.
Feminine Leaders in Charge
And then the sadness in my heart takes over again. I remember the picture I saw in the newspaper about the COP26. All these important-looking men in their suits, usually competing with each other, and now trying to save the world.

Most probably, David Beasly and Elon Musk will talk. And they will agree that they need big reports and expensive consultants and accountants to monitor the accuracy of every dollar spent.
And that will ruin all plans. Consultants are a waste of time and a waste of money. Have you ever seen them DO anything? Reports have never saved the world so far. I guess it will just never enter their minds to consider a fractally organized girl, woman, mother, grandmother agroecology buddy program. And some space for innovative experimentation. And huge community empowerment.
Also, the plan does mean phasing out ASAP all polluting and waste-creating industries. We cannot restore ecosystems and have them be polluted again through flowing rivers and air.
River economies make solutions simple. And simple complexity solutions make powerful men very defensive. It is such a pity.
We have to remember that during the industrial age, we have made our economies mighty complicated so no one could understand it anymore. We made all people addicted to the help of production companies creating products for them. That’s how our economies grow. A fact of life.
And if we don’t change our business models and mindsets, we have to live with that. As long as our Planet will allow us.
Do you realize that we could just put our lemon peel in vinegar and clean the whole house with it? Instead, we use chemicals in plastic bottles and pollute our indoor air.
Do you realize that we buy seeds that have been made infertile because then we need to buy new seeds the next year? Vandana Shiva explains it so well. Chemical companies have made all seeds non-renewable so we have to buy more seeds and spray more chemicals.
