Healing.

a poem…

Photo by Ale Romo Photography on Unsplash

❀Healing has many guises

Different ways for different days

Be open to receive whatever comes, from whoever

You are blessed and unique in your specific ways.

Don’t cling to past problems and ideals

Let them melt away like snow under a warming sun

Gently, gently watch them fade

They were never truly yours to own

To drag behind you like a giant ball and chain

Weighing you down, depleting your joy and limiting your freedom

Not everything is your fault you know

Let others take responsibility

For wrongs which they have done you

No guilt or regret is needed on your part

Have faith…

The divine knows all your truths

— all of them ❀
