He Relies on Me and My Voice

To Share His Love, His Mercy, His Promises

I cannot tell you how many times I have heard people say something along the lines of ‘well if God is real why is He silent?’, or ‘ Why doesn’t He just prove He is real?’, or many variations such as these.

Another one is ‘why does God let bad things happen?’, and I totally understand all these questions, but how might you feel if these types of questions were directed at you, and how many times are you going to have to ‘prove’ yourself?

I am by NO MEANS Qualified to defend God, but I feel that He depends on all His children to spread His Love and to share His Grace with the world through their voices, and here I am trying to do just that…

I would sincerely hope that if someone was attacking me in any form that people of all kinds would come to my aid, and I absolutely believe that someone who loves me would do that without hesitation.

I hear, witness, read so many stories that bring forward such powerful emotions about what has happened in people’s lives that encourages or discourages them to believe, or not to.

I cherish your bravery in sharing your stories, experiences, opinions, etc. and I greatly value the lessons within each of them, what each of you have accomplished because of or in spite of them, and so much more. I greatly admire you and your strength to show-up and speak your truth regardless of if we believe the same thing or way. Not only am I deeply saddened for, by, because of your pain, struggle, suffering, etc., but I also share in and celebrate your joys, successes, triumphs, etc. perhaps even (or likely) against all odds!

Personally, I cannot help but believe, not just in something, but in my Heaven Father the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ my Savior.

Also, I respect your choice and opinion not to.

I am not here to change your mind — despite what you might think — but I am here to hopefully help open-up your heart, once again regardless of whether or not you agree with me and my beliefs, because I believe in our commonality, our connection, our brother/sisterhood, our relationship(s), etc.

I believe in treating one another with love, kindness, acceptance, tolerance, respect, etc. so long as we are not harming one another.

I will speak fairly freely about my faith and what I believe, but not with the agenda of conforming you or brainwashing you or whatever you choose to think I am trying to do and by what name you call it.

I love God, and this world, and you.

It is only through striking out against my fear of speaking-up that I can truly offer my best services to God — I have never, nor do I ever expect, to deny Him, but I am often silent in many situations and for many reasons, some very valid like not wanting to do or say the wrong thing, and others strictly because of fear of rejection, humiliation, annihilation…

For this I forgive myself as I know God already has, and from this I learn and move forward towards my best self — a Warrior for God, as well as myself, others, and the world ❤ ❤ ❤
