Harmonic

Alive in the moment

Humming the tunes to oneself. Silly lyrics and random beats. Haunting music of the maestros in the background. Silent melodies satiate the heart.

Healing the wounds with one song at a time. Soft tunes like “What you have is this moment.”** Hearing the rhythms of natural elements. Sounds of chirping birds welcoming the spring.

Holding my breath and let it go. Simple exercise to not hinder the flow. Harvesting energies to acknowledge the change. Stupendous growth when mindsets get adjusted.

Hammering new details of a new path to happiness. Stirring performance of the legendary singer stuns the heart. Honing skills to let go of the anxieties and live in the moment. Stemming the negative thoughts with this song for decades.
