Gunky Fish Water
Who wants to join me?

The temperature outside Is getting hotter and hotter Who wants to join me for Some gunky fish water?
I taste a little perch And perhaps a little worm Yes, fish poop in the lake But don’t let that make you squirm
It’s all natural stuff And it adds a little flavor Once you acquire the taste It will be something that you savor
The slightest pinch of a carp A mosquito or a moth Is the secret recipe That adds flavor to the broth
Throw in a little walleye A fish that Joe now knows A treat that can’t be beat A delight to the nose
Of course, a little frog slime Makes it all go down so smooth If your tummy is upset It is guaranteed to soothe
Perhaps a small crustacean Like our friend the old crawdad And a little vegetation Like a pinch of Lilly Pad
Some rust from a sunken boat And a little motor oil Always add some extra zing To the flavor of the soil
Some turtle shell sure is swell Maybe a duck feather or two Dragonfly hits the bull’s eye And makes for extra tasty goo
I have an extra drinking cup Just pull up an old lawn chair Then when you get your courage up I’m more than happy to share
