Green With Envy

A poem on envy taking over a friendship

I have stalked you, envied you and judged you, I have spoken ill of you, abused you and degraded you in holes and corners,

the two sides of me always bicker about catching you in a trust fall or standing still with my arms folded to witness your bones and trust fracture at once,

and that is when I realize that I have had no reasons for this hatred at all, yet here i am..

spreading wildfire of filth about you

but secretly trying hard to become you.
