Goodbye, Tablets

Thrifty Words Challenge #13: Survival

Nausea washes over me. Migraine and nausea. My happy marriage.

I check my skull. No axe. Feels like it though.

I stagger to the bathroom. Four tablets might work. Two of each. My ‘go-to’ migraine survival kit.

Through slits for eyes, I grab a glass.

Goodbye tablets. Hope you work.
