Going Beyond Magnetism

The way I see it, the consciousness/unconditional love that fills the unseen, non-physical world is NOT like a magnetic force. The notion of magnetism is a function of the physical world — even though it cannot be seen. It is an action generated by physical objects. Magnetism involves polar opposites and therefore the separation inherent in duality. One physical object is attracted to or repelled by another object. This requires that objects be separate in order to either attract or repel each other. In the one-ness of the unseen, non-physical world there is no separation.
The consciousness/unconditional love of the unseen, non-physical world is a force that is one-directional and exists without the need for any physical objects. It simply is. It does not attract or repel. It does, however, flow. It’s a one-directional flow. For the sake of illustration let’s view that flow of consciousness/unconditional love as a beam of white light. The beam of white light does not attract or repel anything. But what happens when that beam of white light hits a prism? It is refracted into a rainbow. The beam of white light when moving from the unseen world into the physical world gets changed from an unseen wave into a seemingly physical spectrum of color. “Prism” may be a better word than “mirror” but the mirroring capacity is extremely important so maybe I should say mirror/prism. The physical world can be seen as a mirror/prism that refracts the flowing waves of consciousness/unconditional love passing through it from the unseen, non-physical world. There is no magnetism involved.
All the blabber about the Law of Attraction involves the attraction of objects within the physical world. We can create a magnetism with our thoughts, emotions and intentions. To bring something forth from the unseen, non-physical world, however, there is no magnetism required, in fact magnetism doesn’t work. Instead of trying to be a magnet one must try to become a prism/mirror. To do that one must surrender and become an empty vessel. This allows the beam of white light to pass through the prism/mirror that we are. It is the endless egoic thoughts in our noggin and their accompanying emotions that keeps us from being an empty vessel and being a clear prism. It is the human heart that is the prismatic empty vessel and we can’t open that up if our attention and focus is on the egoic identity of the noggin.
Anita Moorjani, in her book and videos, talks about the unseen, non-physical world which she visited during her near-death experience. She said that there is no time or space in that world. She called that world an endless field of unconditional love. While in that dimension she could communicate with other humans, whether they were alive or dead back in the physical world, simply by feeling them and putting her attention on them. And they would be suddenly right there. Likewise, she could view any of her past-lives simply by putting her attention on them. In that realm everything is simultaneous.
In one of Anita’s videos she said that everything that we could ever want already exists and there is no need to magnetize it to you. She suggested that we see everything that we could possibly want as already existing in a giant warehouse. But the warehouse is dark. But we have a flashlight. There is no need to attract anything to us because it’s already there. We merely need to point our flashlight at it in order to see it. So if there is something missing from your life (warehouse) it really isn’t missing. You just haven’t pointed your flashlight at it.
The way I see it, we all have a flashlight built into the center of our chest. But it’s not really a flashlight but rather a cylindrical hole that we can use as a flashlight. The light does not, however, come from the hole. It is not generated by the hole like the light of a flashlight is generated by the batteries in the flashlight. The hole merely ALLOWS light to pass through it. And this, of course, is the “light,” or flow of consciousness/unconditional love flowing from the unseen world, through the hole in our chest and out into the physical world. We ARE the mirror/prism. Instead of trying to attract/magnetize something to us we would do better to simply direction the light passing through us towards whatever we want to give life and unconditional love to. That is the true manifestation process.
