Give Yourself the Permission to Choose Progress Over Perfection

The magic lies in showing up persistently, pacing yourself, and patiently doing the work…

My wise self has the following words for me…

When the pressure of getting things perfect gets consuming, just take a pause. Ease in on the breath. Pause to remind yourself that life is not built for perfection. Instead, be reminded that it is made for those with persistence in their hearts.

Lean into progress rather than perfection. Stop being so hard on yourself. Allow yourself the space to explore, take risks, and evolve. Be willing to show up even when the outcome is uncertain.

Remember that…

Nothing has to be perfect for progress to happen.

No one has all the right answers, they are not written in the stars nor fortune chart readings.

For it is in the unfolding that solutions arise.

The magic lies in showing up persistently, pacing yourself and patiently doing the work.

Ultimately, give yourself the permission to be the Work in Progress who is perfectly imperfect.
