6 Wise Things that the Rocks in Nature Said to Me

Message #5: A diamond is just a rock that refused to break under pressure.

Every part of nature has a message to share.

Even something as solid and hard as rocks.

One day, as I sat on the rocks and was surrounded by them, these were some of the wise things they said to me….

  1. Be Still

The busy mind benefits from stillness. There is nothing as comforting as silence. To discover peace, retreat into your inner sanctuary.

2. Build a Strong Foundation

A house needs to be built on a strong foundation. If the foundation is weak, it can’t last. It is far better to build a foundation brick-by-brick than to build it fast and sloppy.

3. Ground Yourself

Rocks are made of Mother Earth. Big rocks stand firm and are not easily swayed. They are there as a reminder to ground yourself, even as you grow in spiritual consciousness.

4. Use Stepping Stones

The difference between stumbling blocks and stepping stones is how you use them. Treat obstacles not as stumbling blocks but as stepping stones. They pave the way to your success.

5. Never Break Under Pressure

Have you heard of this saying, “a diamond is just a rock that refused to break under pressure”? Hence, never give up. Persevere and through alchemy, turn the lead of ego into the diamond of consciousness.

6. Be One with Nature

Finally, be one with nature. You are in the rocks. The rocks are also in you. We are all part of the whole. Borrow strength from the rocks that you are part of.

Gems for the Heart

I felt centred after sitting amongst the rocks.

Those were really solid advice, I told the rocks.

With gratitude, I received the wise gems in my heart.

Thank you rocks! Nature is the best teacher of which I’m a humble student. I’d love to go back for more!
