A tiny cafe she ordered a ginger shot my lips tasted hers
I held her to me scandinavian sunshine the bell rang midday
The music we loved Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now” I hear while I drive
I drive; I listen, I was lucky to have it it’s a lottery
Privileged, grateful I have known a kind of love she wanted a man
